We've been here almost three weeks and haven't turned on the air conditioner. Even the majority of government employees are nice. I've rediscovered the outdoors. Joe took me to the Smoky Mountains, and we hiked on the Appalachian Trial to a 1000-foot sheer drop called Charlie's Bunion. We were the only ones out there on that crop of stone. The fog
