The first month of intern year is over, and I think we did pretty well coping with Joe's schedule. Of course, the fact that I work from 12-7 is helpful at keeping me out of the house while still allowing me plenty of lounging time

Kneading really isn't too bad, but lack of counter space can definitely be a bit annoying for breadmaking.
