Remember the 2007 kara/lee ficathon? Remember how there were still a few stories that needed to be written? Well, if you can help out by writing one of the below sets of prompts, that would not only be fantastic, but also help pave the way for the 2009 ficathon! Yay!

I hereby amend my request to include any 4.0 spoilers, if anyone wants to write the prompt with them. A year ago when I wrote that they hadn't aired.

I may work on one of these, but after NaNoWriMo is over...

I'm not sure if I was really aware of this comm but I was thinking about another Kara/Lee comm for a specific group of people and was checking out interests to see what was out there. This popped up under Starbuck/Apollo.

I'm intrigued by spikeyboots requests more so the first one as it's always been my position that Lee and Kara didn't go to the academy. I tend not to do longer works, my most recent stuff has been running between 150 and 900 words, especially since I did a ficlet every day for NaBloPoMon. Since I see most of the stories here averaging maybe 2000 words or so I'll try to do something longer. Not promising anything but the muse has already crafted at least an opening sentence idea so we shall see.

Stories only have to be a 1,000 words (though you can write a longer one if you wish). Thanks!

The first draft ended up around 2150 words. It is currently with the beta who sent me an email today that she had read it and will probably be able to get me some notes this weekend. I reread it last night and saw some things I might want to change also. Once I get her notes I will put that all together to work on it and will hopefully send her a second draft by the beginning of the week.

Of course with the holiday it might be another week or so before I'm able to post.

Has anyone committed to prompt #2 ("Sex in a jailcell. NC-17. No rape.") from irony_rocks?

I've a germ of an idea that ties into a previous story of mine that works with it. Acceptable to the judges?

The fic must be something that is written for the prompt (in other words, you can't just link to a previously written fic). You don't need to claim a prompt -- simply write a story and help out a poor recipient! :)
