Sliding this track is crazy! Most tracks are Left-Right-Left-Right, and the occasional trick or straightaway. This track is Left Left Right Left Left Right Right Right... it's really fast, and really crazy. It's also, by far the longest track I've ever been on. We've been having a great time pushing though, because its a really steep start, so

And alohhhhhhhha to you too! The crazy turn system at the Cesana bobsleigh run will be good preparation for the new bobsleigh run at Whistler, because these are the latest designs.

The toss up on push times will keep everyone guessing, including your foreign competitors, not to mention yourselves and your coaches! I guess only Amanda knows for sure what she will do come race-time.

Can you tell the Russian girls from the Russian guys, or are they all equally on steroids, or hormones!

I remember going to the gym on one frightful day, and I was on the bike. A gentleman of foreign decent came in and after 10 minutes already on the bike, I definitely had to move. He smelled SO BAD!

... I heard they sometimes don't change their clothes either.
