Unable to my cell phone today, apparently T-Mobile had an outage, damn inconvenient timing but whatever, shit happens.
Off to the gym whenever Doug gets home (we're waiting for someone to come over and pick up some stuff so one of us has to be home). Going to drown my frustrations in sweat and then see where things go.

My husband tends to fiddle with things, making annoying noises and/or playing with something in his hands out of the corner of my eye. So far I've confiscated his pocket knife, yelled at him to leave a pot and bell alone, and nearly torn my hair out when he wouldn't stop fiddling with his wedding ring. I've been trying to go to the gym about 3 times a week and have so far been successful since returning from Van., BC for my sister's wedding. Gonna try for 4 days this week, if nothing else the a/c there is comforting in the heat.
Also, sushi rocks.

My sister's getting married tomorrow and I have had no time to prepare my speech (everything else is done and accomplished) I guess I'll just have to wing it, too tired and an early start tomorrow does not help in getting prepared. -
Summer wedding
I've been at my sister's for the past couple of days, getting ready for her wedding on Saturday. We're having a great time but there is so much co-ordinating to do, last minute running around, and crafty things to complete that my mind is spinning with details ( Read more... ) -

Unbelievable change
Did I really say, "Eight miles just doesn't seem like a good enough bike ride."? Me, the one person who has hated sweating and getting in shape for years and years and years now feels that an eight mile bike ride down the Sammamish River Trail is not enough? So very tired this evening. I went to the gym three times this week (the other two days were migraine hells) plus I biked (along with Doug) a cool 20.54miles/33.06kms today. I have the scrapes and bruises up my right shin to prove it too ( Read more... )
