I have a sulfer/sulfa/sulfate... ect .. allergey and watching what I eat (I read ingredients on everything) and its amazing how life improves... the biggest shock was finding how many other things contain evil (as I call it) I had to find new toothpastes, soaps, all sorts of everyday products.

Good luck on this, and I hope its the answer to the question as to what is making your wife ill.

We haven't met. That said, once you successfully make the shift your body will go through a crisis. I suggest buying those multi-pak Costco vitamins (they are not expensive) to correct your need for vitamins and minerals. This will help way more than you think. After a year or two your desire for the old food will dissipate and you will shock yourself by actually wanting some foods you thought you didn't like. It takes a long time to rid the body of the drugs in processed foods that are masking what you actually want. Expect considerable weight loss even if your only exercise is answering the door bell. The first 2 years are pretty difficult. Endure.
