Well, I'm still holding out for a Can-Am Spyder (I got to sit on one this summer, and that thing is a beautiful beast indeed), but this is probably less likely to get put on the back of a truck and whisked away in the middle of the night by O.C. ne'erdowells.

I test drove the spyder last year. There are plenty of places that were offering test drives around SOCal, you may still be able to take one for a spin. Saw a guy on a silver one last month. The yellow, eh. They handle strange, you want to lean on them like an ATV, but it doesn't help.

Still and all, 118mpg on that thing, crazy.

Yeah, there's another event coming up this weekend in Riverside, but I won't bother going. As bad-ass as the Spyder is, I think you're right - the MP3 is certainly more practical, and still very very cool.
