Privileged Taxi Drivers

I always thought the worst kind of taxi drivers are found on the streets, until I join the public service.

Nothing serious, juz a little frustrated with the system lor.

So many "old birds" who are unable to value-add to the organisation in the current environment, yet allowed to stay for it would be politically incorrect to dismiss them due to their "past-contributions". The worst part is their attitude, their unwillingness to upgrade themselves etc... Or what I usually refer to as the "Taxi-Drivers Mentality".

Nothing against taxi drivers though, just that a good amount of them are people lost within their tiny tiny little world, and some are not that old to begin with.

oh - some of these old birds even if they upgrade themselves also no use. can't teach old birds new tricks
