Got this in my email today. I'm dead.

"Week 1
Tuesday: Three reps of one mile each. Each mile needs to be at 7-8
minute pace with 5 minutes of rest between reps. The faster half of
the team needs to be right at 7 minute pace for each one of these.

Thursday: Ladder workout of 6-7-6 laps with push-ups/sit- ups between rungs. No rest in between rungs. We want this to be an endurance builder so we'll run the laps, do the situps, get a drink, and run the next set of laps. (One mile is seven laps in the outside lane if you didn't know.) After the ladder, we'll do two reps of one lap. 100% for each of these two reps.

Week 2
Tuesday: Two miles, 5 minutes rest, one mile. These are both at 7
min. pace. Pushups/Situps/ Cone jumps afterwards.

Thursday: Ladder workout of 6-5-4-3-2 laps with sit-ups and push-ups between each rung.

Week 3
Tuesday: 1 mile, 1 mile, 1/2 mile. Five minutes rest between reps. 7 min pace for the miles, fast as you can for the 1/2 mile.

Thursday: 3 reps of a ladder workout. Each rep is 2-3-2 laps with
pushups/situps/ wallsits in between.

Week 4
Tuesday: 3 miles at 7 min. pace. Plenty of rest, then 2 reps of one
lap each as hard as you can.

Thursday: 2 reps of a ladder workout. Each rep is 2-3-2 laps with
pushups/situps/ wallsits in between. Plenty of rest and then 3 killers on the tennis courts."

Otherwise, I find myself attracted to Supergirl.
