I give up! I completely give up. I thought that being in a small ensemble was about how the group sounded as a whole. Last year I was told I made Encore because I am versatile and can blend with anyone. Through the year I worked on becoming more of a solo singer and was SO confident going into this year. But for what? I get told I didn't make

don't give up, you know you are better than that. You just got screwed, and sometimes it happend. She will probably realize that she is missing out this semester without you.

Yeah, life really just isn't fair. I know how that is... It must suck having been in a group and then having them say that. But unfortunately, a lot of it is just politics. But I know you, and you'll just get up and show them that you can do bigger and better things.

Even though I don't realy take heart in this philosophy all that much when things aren't going my way, I do believe in it. Now you have more free time - what are some fun things you could do with that time? Is there a club you could join? Something new and fun you could do that you've never tried before? New opportunities are coming your way all of the time - you just have to keep an eye out for them!!!
