Food things

After a couple of headaches this weekend, I'm thinking some percentage of my headaches might be food related, so I'm keeping a food journal from now on. The triggers during the weekend seemed like they could have been chocolate (but not caffeine given external sources of caffeine don't seem to be triggering it), cheese, or nuts (almonds in ( Read more... )

I have been doing this to analyze triggers of my migraine headaches. I keep a very detailed spreadsheet at google docs with:
hrs of sleep, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, beverages, caffeine, menstrual cycle, stress level (1-10), hours worked, headache symptoms if any, and more

I haven't been doing it for a month yet but I am looking forward to all sorts of plots and hopefully some insight

That is really cool. I have already been charting menstrual cycle things so I can eliminate that variable some of the time, so it would be good to add new things like food consumption into the mix.
