People who tell you to knock it off don't understand the condition and what you go through at its lowest points. I wouldn't put stock in what they say. Don't sell your own feelings short. They're legitimate and important. Do you see anyone? A therapist or anyone like that?

i was seeing a psychologist for about 2 years but stopped a few months ago when we both agreed I had got better. if you know what I mean. Not better, but able to use the right strategies to cope etc.
Your drabble yesterday DID put a smile on my face so every little bit helps:)
I know I am a stronger person because once I would have let the 'knock it off' comment slide and fester. Instead I bit back indicating how inappropriate it was and so on.
