I also received that demo. I don't know where it's gone but it looked like a hyper-Japanese RPG. The flag was pretty much awesome but I seem to have misplaced the game before I could try it out.
Kristin got FFIII from me for Christmas. She wanted an entry into the series after cutting her teeth on the various Mario RPGs and FFIII is about as old-skool in style as it gets 'cept for the original Final Fantasy and Dragon Warrior. I can't believe I had the patience to play those games as a child with all their random battles, confusing text translation, insane difficulty and tedious grinding. A lot of people whine about the new-school of gaming but I'm glad for it. I want to have fun, not have a game be so hard that it actually kills my friends.
I heart the Batman animated series. I loved how it was marketed as a kid's show but was actually so much more sophisticated.
