I know.
I didn't know her, but have been reading a lot about her. It's cruel and unfair. You lost a friend. A child lost her Mommy, a husband lost his wife, etc.
There's not much more to say. Time will help heal the hurt. You will carry your memories of her in your heart, and it'll get easier over time. It still sucks, though. Life is so unfair sometimes.

I had no idea. What happened?

I davened for Rachael constantly. When I got married I davened my heart out for her at the mikvah and under the chuppah. Every time I lit candles I davened for her.

Poor Channale. She's had so much heartbreak in her little life. I'll continue to daven for Rachael's family.

Wow, that's happened to a couple of other friends of mine, and both of them were under 30. Both times it was from diabetes.

When I first heard that she'd passed, I was so afraid that she'd done something drastic. It's actually a relief to know that she just fell asleep, and went peacefully.
