for your fake new traditional neighborhood money making scheme. last time i checked on of the traditional values isn't ripping people off...$300,000+ for a 1400 sq. ft. house in canton is friggin' crazy. not to mention the yearly $480 association fee. the houses were cute and the community was adorable, but not worth an extra $150,000. fuckers

Canton is like Troy...overrated and overpriced. I thought those houses looked cool, but not for that price!

You have to watch out for associations, they have the stupidest rules, such as...telling you what types of window dressings you can hang in your front windows. Lame.
