Amf. Well I can't blame PayPal, ok din yung security measure na yun haha. They're just keeping their customers safe I guess.

Now to wait for 30 days... Lol, it's like watching paint dry.

You know what, I had a similar problem before. Since I reformatted my PC, Paypal has been going zonkers on me. It wouldn't process my transaction with BPAL, I can't bid on eBay, and I can't send money to anyone else. I had an error message that the credit card attached to the Paypal account was unverified, and it prevents me from doing anything. The thing is, I already verified the credit card (done it twice, which doubled the verification charge =_ ( ... )

alam mo. ang tagal-tagal kong sinusubukan i-absorb itong information na binigay mo, pero hanggang ngayon WALA PA RIN AKONG MAINTINDIHAN. huhu. information regarding the cache anyway - ano ba kasi yun? O_O

i'll tell abram in case he needed to reformat his computer and stuff and then encounters problems like you did!
