When you take 2 weeks off from the gym, don't even try to do half the power routine you did before you left. My legs hurt so bad I was on painkillers this week. My ligaments and tendons were so weak it felt like my knees were gonna snap when I walked around. The funny thing is, it didn't feel bad during the exercise. I felt pretty strong.

Welcome to the Brotherhood of Dumb Macho Mistakes.

I knew I was in trouble a while back when I was getting ready to do OH presses, and the bar was too heavy.

Haha no doubt! My uppper body was not that bad. However, my lower body is the worst is has ever been.
