So,  I'm in this obsessive record listening phase, as well as research for everything I wanted to do.  I'm also loving on the cats a lot, as our house always does.  Edgar, in fact, is sleeping in my laundry basket right now and it makes me amazingly happy.  Anyway.  It's almost 4am, I should go to bed.

I'm freakin' out so bad!  The Mars Volta are coming to KC on Jan. 25th to the Beaumont.  I screamed for a while when I read that they were coming.  And the best part is....none of my friends like the Mars Volta, so they get to watch me scream and bounce around.  

I think I'm gonna have to buck up and work a bunch for the next 6 months.  Then I'll try to start school and have a KJHK show and DJ.  For the next 6 months, I'll just work 2 jobs, pay for car insurance, and get my dj skills down.  That's it.

I swear I felt my brain melt.  Use acoustic bass with electronic music face, cue the rooted undertones.
