Way to go man! Isn't it amazing how fast muscles disappear when you don't user them? Matter of weeks.

I have done the opposite this past two months with this new job. I've sort of let go of working out while I have enough stress with a new job.

Keep it up though, that is great!

You say you are into biking. To help your running try and cycle on your off days. If you can get a trainer for your bike, you can ride at home. It can get extremely boring, but it can also be a great chance to listen to music, meditate, etc. Your running will improve drastically. There is no pounding on your body, but you can easily get your heart rate up for an hour or more. This will also accelerate your weight loss. Instead of taking a day off, the riding will be an active recovery day. The body recovers from the pounding, but the heart and lungs get a good workout.
