Due to a lack of oven, I am going to try to cook chicken leg quarters on my Foreman grill. Wish me luck and a lack of salmonella.

Yeah, I know it can cook a chicken breast easy, but I really like bone-in dark meat. : (

I ate the leg portion of it, and I feel fine so far. I'm having the thigh with my lunch tomorrow!
