Ouch! :( I hope you were wearing your helmet. I've wiped out on my trike, too. That's scary enough, I don't even want to think about trying it on a bike.

Also: painkillers. My vast experience has taught me this about them: they work better if you take them. Thinking about them and looking at them isn't enough.

Also, does Aleve really work better than ibuprofen?

Nope, but it works for another hour or so after the ibuprofen leaves your system. I take either one.
