I volunteered at Kayla's school yesterday because she had been wanting me to. I wasn't thrilled but did it anyways. It really sucked to be honest. It's like the lights are turned off in the room, and you desperately want to turn them on, but the light switch it broken.
Though my depression isn't as bad, I've had the spouts when nothing seems positive and the only thing you want to do is stay in solitude.
However, because of this, I have found out that I'm an amazing cheerleader for those suffering the same. So, I'm cheering for you! You are smart and brave and super sweet..and I heart you!

Yes, the kids, the teachers, and you should have been allowed to put your coats on. It was cold outside and it's not at all healthy to be in such weather without a coat on.
And I'm sorry that you are feeling as you are. :(.
