I'm not Christian and I haven't been Canadian for very long but I agree 100% with this line: you don't have to pray.. you don't have to say
the pledge of allegiance, you don't have to believe in God or attend
services that honor Him. That is your right, and we will honor your
right.
As far as I'm concerned, as long as Canadians (of all religions and faiths) can abide by that I'm happy to be Canadian. "Holiday trees" and "non-denominational celebratory occasions" are examples of political correctness gone too far, it seems society is trying to ignore Christianity when really it should embrace it with as much vigour as it embraces the multitude of religions/faiths that exist in Canada.

Just my 2cents, though I do have to say I'm against mandated prayer in public schools.

I agree. Prayer in public schools would be silly, if you wnt to attend to religious ceremonies, go to a Catholic, Jewish, or Christian school, or anything else, like that. :)

I've had that song for quite some time now... but I blame my recent obsession and acceptance of trance music on Andrew and Aaren. They're very bad influences on this type of thing ;) among others for certain someones...

I never knew you were into this type of music, either! :P
