Change is natural (as long as it feels that way).

You should get back in touch with your friends, but you cannot regress to an old self, only know yourself better or find yourself in the first place. Perhaps you've lost your sense of self, I don't know, I don't know you very well, but wish we talked more... but change is not bad. It's natural to lose touch with some people, because they change too, obviously...

So strive for resolution, but know that if some things don't work out, that it's healthy, natural, and you should'nt worry about it.

I dunno, I tried, I'm bad at advice. Do some soul searching, feel better, and know that I love you, man. To me you're the same great guy.
