I actually put the bell on it myself, it's the pokedoll. I bought it from someone doing runs at the Seattle Pokemons kiosks on pkmncollectors. :3

They have them at the Pokemon kiosks in Seattle and at Nintendo World in New York.. But from what I hear, Skitty goes out of stock often. :c

Thank yooouuu~ :D It's really nothing compared to most I've seen, but it's coming along! I love my fire starters. ♥

I got the clips here. A tad pricey, but they're cute and that seller is very sweet and good. He included homemade little paper cranes with them~
