I am behind on lunches. It's hard to get into the habit of doing something that you are unaccustomed to doing, but I'm trying.

I like the pizzas!!! I always make small different flavored ones for the same reason :) Do you use a pizza stone?

No, I found it kind of too much of a pain in the ass to work with and didn't really like the crust my pizza got with them. I like kind of doughy crust though. Crispy, but fluffy. I use these pans that mom and I picked up SOMEwhere.. they're really dark cake pans. They do a wonderful job.
