Character Personality: Ronald is generally a pretty friendly guy. He mostly seems upbeat, cheerful, helpful, and definitely charming. He has a way with the ladies, a way he loves exploiting. We know he obtained his custom deathscythe model by charming a lady receptionist. He's also seen flirting with the ladies aboard the cruise liner in the current arc of the manga, though he reveals himself to be single. He offered to buy a girl drinks for giving him directions to board said cruise liner. He's flirty, but not in a sleazy way.
He also likes to party. He's not one for serious work, and most absolutely, decidedly not one for overtime. He'll do his job, and he'll do it well, but he does it quickly. The sooner it's over, the better, then he can get on to more fun things, like partying. He's stated more than a couple of times that he detests working overtime and will do whatever it takes to avoid doing so. He does do his job, however, despite being so laid back. Work is a necessary chore.
This party-all-the-time, carefree attitude makes him late quite often. He's always hurrying along to assignments, barely making it in time. Because of that, he wears a watch that he is constantly checking. When it comes down to it, however, he knows when to be serious. He thanked Sebastian for providing his senpai with such entertainment, but attacked him nonetheless, because Sebastian was a demon, and was interfering with his job. There are things he takes seriously, one just has to dig deep enough to find them.
Otherwise, he's a fierce fighter, and seems to be loyal to his friends. He's also clever in battle, using his mower to chew up Sebastian's cutlery. He's not afraid to resort to other tactics when necessary. Some Shinigami won't fight with anything but their deathscythe, but Ronald keeps a knife on him. We saw him pull it out on Sebastian in the latest arc, claiming that "being all about your deathscythe is kinda old fashioned."
It can also be assumed he's a bit smug. Not in an annoying way, but he knows he's charming, and he knows he's good at what he does. He doesn't hesitate to brag about some of his accomplishments, such as gaining his customized scythe, or to show off his skills in battle. He's confident in his ways, though not arrogant.
Character Abilities: Ronald is a Shinigami in his world. It's his job to judge a person's life and decide whether they live or die, and then reap their soul and store their life in the library. This gives him some of your basic supernatural abilities; strength, speed, gravity-defiance. He's not Superman or The Flash, but these traits are greater than a human's.
As a Death God, he is able to wield a deathscythe, which he can call at will. This is what he uses on people about to die, to view their 'cinematic record' and take their soul. A person's cinematic record serves as a miniature movie of their life, presented on a film strip, which he can observe. Depending on their life's events, he judges whether they deserve to live or not. (People who deserve to live are people with great potential, or ability to change history. Inventors, political leaders, artists.) Once they've been judged, he collects their soul and files away their life record.
Character Weaknesses: Not a lot has been given about Knox's weaknesses canonly. He's a Shinigami, so he has a natural aversion to demons; they're the mortal enemy for stealing souls before their time. I would also say he has a weakness for pretty girls, because we've gotten the idea he's a bit of a womanizer. It would be difficult, though not impossible, for him to fight a beautiful girl. He's a chronic habit of running late, that could possibly be considered a weakness. It would mean that he's always just barely arriving on time for things, or not at all on time. He might arrive to a class or mission twenty minutes past starting time. Ronald's party attitude can cause him to shirk responsibilities, and rush through important things.
Physically, if you take away his weapons, all of them, he's not much of a fighter. Basic martial arts skills, maybe. But if he finds himself weaponless he'd rather dodge and look for a way out than to continue the fight. Canonly the reapers are office workers at heart, so things are done in a process. Which means if he had to do something like file for a new death scythe, it would take time, up to a month likely. So at home he's subject to the bureaucratic system.
Putting him in Shibusen would take away a lot of his natural abilities and all of his hidden weapons which would make him extremely uncomfortable. He wouldn't feel very secure until he learned of his own weapon form and how to access it. He has plenty of canonmates there, however, so he probably wouldn't feel alone or entirely lost. It would take some getting used to of course, as would any huge transition. In a way he'll probably look at it as something like transferring to a new office where they do things differently. A bit bumbling at first, might make a few mistakes.

Why your character should be a Weapon: For one, with the canon weapon of his deathscythe so readily available, it's difficult to pass up. Otherwise, canonly, Ronald doesn't have a whole lot of abilities outside the use of his deathscythe. Plus, he's used to following orders and doing what he's told by his superiors. He's almost already a weapon, he just uses one instead.
What is your character's Weapon form?: Ron's weapon form would be a lawnmower, mainly for the reason that he canonly uses a lawn mower as a weapon. It's an old style lawn mower with just two wheels on the front and a long push handle, with incredibly sharp blades underneath. You can see it here and here.
Mainly, his abilities would be to cut people/things. He could do some pretty devastating damage with three high speed blades at once. He's also able to slice into nearly anything, including metals, though the thicker it is, the harder it is to cut through.
He's also fast. Faster than your average grass cutter. Being a lawn mower his meister would be able to ride on him and use him to dodge high speed attacks. It's difficult to see him coming and with good resonation it would almost seem like he could teleport, though he can't. He just moves really fast.

Especially one who went to so much trouble to gain a customized scythe. But Ronald was smarter than that; he knew a weapon like his could often put you at certain disadvantages, and he had planned for that. Not to mention the look on the demon's face. That was satisfactory enough itself. He'd heard the rumors about this demon. Grell-senpai talked of him on several occasions, especially when drunk.
"Shinigami who rely only on their death scythes are so old fashioned." He flicked the knife and prepared to attack again. The demon was already moving toward him, a new set of knives in his clutches.
Leaning on the mower that served as his scythe, he sped at the demon. Then his stomach knotted and a wave of dizziness washed over him. Oh man, was this so not the time. But it wasn't getting better, and a moment later he felt everything go dark.
When he awoke, the first thing he noticed was that he was most definitely not on a boat. There was no subtle movement of the water beneath him. He was still alive, at least, that counted for something. He pushed himself up slowly and glanced around. No, this definitely was not the ship he'd been on before. Something was being kept in here, something bad from the looks of it.
Then the screens popped up, startling him right off his feet. Rubbing his forehead, he listened to the red head talk. And would you look at that, a demon tool. It just figured, didn't it? Man, was he gonna get overtime for this. This was so not how this was supposed to go. This probably meant extra paperwork, too, whenever he got back.

Canonly, Knox is still a character we're learning about. He's appeared in one chapter earlier on in the manga, helping to collect souls with his superior. Just recently he's reappeared in this current arc, which is only three chapters long thus far (chapters come out monthly).
