Good luck while your fiancee is at basic. My boyfriend is in the National Guard and went to basic training last year, before we were together. Right now he is at army training for 2 weeks, and that's hard enough! I give you a lot of credit.

its gonna be hard esp. since he's going into the seals program but were getting married thats gotta mean something.

he loves me so i gotta fight for us to stay together and to make it - it wont be so hard i dont think in california he gets nights off and weekends off. . so we can live together then.

Hi!

I added you back! I am excited to get to know you :) I'm Tatum.

And don't worry about basic training, my most recent ex was in the Air Force and as hard as it is, you can get through BMT and you will come out stronger! I know what it's like to be there, so if you want to talk to me about it at all, I am here for you girl!

I am not familar with buds, I am assuming it's the training he goes through in his special field after basic? (in the air force, they call it tech school).

I don't want to get into your personal business and plans, but he will be unable to get an apartment for you until you guys are married because he will have to live on base (even if you are married during his training, he has to stay on base) and then once you do get married he has to fill out DEERS paperwork and it takes a few weeks for you to be added to his orders so he can live off base and start recieving BAH pay for living.

(I sound like such a snotty know it all, sorry! I just have been there, I was inches away from marrying my Airman.)

But, I totally want to be there for you if you need anything! Something that got me through a lot of rough times was a message board called militarysos.com (significant other support), so I suggest you check that out too!!

basically BUDS is his training for the seals its like basic but 10 times harder if he isnt able to help me with an apartment i can work and save money for it.

but after he becomes a seal he doesnt have to live on base they dont make them. his best friend is a seal at the same base so he found out alot of things from him. hes great to me && no you dont sound snobby very informative.

either way well be together in california during BUDS he has nights and weekends off so it'll be fine and hes always here for me as i am for him.

So basically i have become addicted on knowing how to make a lj layout haha
