Do you ever fear that madness is right behind you? And that if you turn around too fast one day you might end up staring deep into it's beady red eyes? Actual traditional madness is typically something you can't sense coming. Depression and anxiety and anger on the other hand are noticeable and difficult to deal with.

Yeah, sounds like you might be dealing with at least two of those three, though which two you'll know more than anyone right now. Stress can lead to modern madness if undealt with.
