Pain in the foot.
While camping out at Middlefaire this past weekend, I tripped on a tent line in the dark. My body lunged forward and I landed on my foot in such a way that it came close to touching my shin. I have no problem with them "finding god" or speaking about their religion or even being Christian. To the Vet!
I just got back from the Vet's office. The cat has an abscess from an attack from another cat. She has antibiotics and the feline leukemia/aids test was negative. We go back in a week to update her vaccinations. Another $100 that could have been used for other things (plus the return visit for vacc). I really do not like the neighborhood cats. The good news is, most of what we worry and stress about never actually comes to pass. The vast majority of fears are unfounded, the dire threats to our lifeblood turn out to be whimpering clowns who only wanted a moment of attention because they're lonely and sad.
