Hay thesaj, you didn't get me sick, hay Planet fitness with all of the sweaty bodies & disinfecting spray bottles - you didn't get me sick either. I think it was Lori, because she is sick too. Hmm maybe I got it from thesaj & I gave it to Lori. The amazing thing is that traditionally I go to work when sick & I debated at 5:00 am, 6:00 am & 7:00

By not going to work you kept your coworkers safer. Defiently should exercise when sick, exercise lowers your immune system for a few hours. Over all it gets stronger but right after exercise it lowers it which is bad if you're already sick.
