Don't know if you remember Roo (she got married a few months ago but used to go to frontline) well here is her new LJ is wakedrybones
If you click there go to info, in the info section you'll see a little square icon of a little person with a + sign. Click that to add them to your friends list. It will ask you to confirm and let you select a "friend's group" if you have more than general.
