Thank God for the break

It's been a hell of a week. Wrote 20 pages of papers for grad school, taught all day, and then had rehearsal at night. its so frustrating working with these high school kids where you have to tell them literally every last thing to do. I've been reduced to giving line readings...something i swore i would never do. but i hope the end result will

i think the rules of a "good director" (ie no line readings) get thrown out the window when you're directing high schoolers.
