Aha! (open)

Molly has taken to poking around the Mansion, because as long as she's here, she figures she may as well. And, to her great joy, she found a half-used bottle of pink hair dye, and a quarter-used bottle of blue, in an abandoned bedroom. It had been way too long, in her opinion, that she'd been her natural color, so she promptly rectified the fact ( Read more... )

Lynette is still massively unwell, headwise, and spends most of her time curled up in her shed trying desperately to put things together right. In the summer she'd take up space on the sidewalk, but her body is used to climate control and the cold weather is a little too much for her.

If Molly happens to intersect at the kitchens, though, she'll be making herself a sandwich with the last of the eggs. She looks up and says, apologetically, "I'll be done in a minute, sera."

"Oh, no worries." She smiles. "You're not in my way." She goes to get herself a glass of water. After a second, she adds "Hey... you're not by any chance the one who's good with electronics?"

Uncomfortably, "Who said so?"

"Sir Sagramore. He didn't remember the name, but he said a lady with a lot of freckles. I'm sorry - I didn't mean to be creepy."

Did somebody say 'lecture'? Harry hears familiar footsteps down the hallway and pokes his head out of his room. "Ah, I thought I heard the pitterpatter of combat boots." The sight of the freshly died hair makes him blink, and he sighs. "Well shoot, I was getting used to the regular old Molly hair. But I guess it was inevitable."

"I was assaulted by the Energizer Bunny as a child. Ever since then, the sight of pink makes me shiver and I start twitching if I have to look at it too long."

Mister had just been headed back to Harry's room, after his nightly prowl. It wasn't so bad, being human. At the very least, he could deal with being stuck like this until Harry stopped thinking it was funny and made an effort to change him back. Mouse was having a great time, but Mister had been more antisocial.

He recognizes Molly's scent before anything else and pauses, closing his eyes and inhaling deeply. "Molly," he purrs, smiling faintly. "Harry'd said that you were here. Good to see you."

Typist: I realized I hadn't played him very much, and his icons are too pretty not to XD So here you go, Molly, have a seven-plus foot tall Mister. En...joy? XD

"Um... hi?" She looks confused, then remembers. "OH. Mister. I forgot you'd been human-ified too. Hey."

He sighs, shrugging a little. "Unfortunately, I still am, yes. Mouse is having the time of his life with his -- girlfriend, I guess. I wander in the woods a lot. Stay out of the way. What have you been up to? I heard Harry muttering something about grasshoppers not listening to him, I'm assuming he wasn't talking about the insect."

"Girlfriend? Does she know he's actually a dog?"

Goewin is unfortunate to catch her after her talk with Harry, which means she is scowling until she is hailed. But she shakes herself and smiles a bit. "Far as I know, it is. Place could have always gone Invasion of the Body Snatchers on us." She comes over. "How're you?"

"What happened to your hair? Is that enchantment too?"

She knew the lecture was coming, and feeling a little as though it's her fault, will be sympathetic.

She laughs a little. "No, I did this on purpose. I found some hair dye in an empty room."
