Well, it is the new year and the new semester, and new situations for me.  I'm not sure I like my new living arrangements.  Living with residents that are actually around and "normal"  is hard.  I am in a strange situation.  I can't be their friend, because I am still "n charge," but I can't be totally didsant because then they will hate me more.  ( Read more... )

So I am moving.  It is just across the parking lot, but it still requires to pack my things up so they can be moved to another building.  I hate packing.  I have too much stuff, and too many tings going on right now to handle this as well.  I wanted to wait until break to move, because I will be here starting on the 2nd, but noooooo.     It is December 11th, there is no snow and I can hear it raining outside.  Not just a mist, but actual raindrops.  How depressing.  I'll be the first to admit that I hate winter.  Someone who is perpetually cold can't possibly like a frigid season that consumes up to 5 months of the year, but I do like the cold and snow for roughly 40 days.  ( Read more... )

    You know the great thing about mono?  You have a valid excuse to nap anytime you want!  But one of the draw backs of all this nappage is that you aren't really all that tired at night when it is actually time to go to bed.  This makes me stay up too late, thus causing me to be SUPER tired the next day, perpetuating the vicious cycle.  Mono also ( Read more... )
