Lester folded his arms and considered the miscreant before him. “Let me see if I have this correct. You noticed flashing lights from a property and investigated. Upon hearing screams, you assumed it was an anomaly.”
“Guv...”
“No, Quinn. I'm talking now. You,” Lester glanced at the file in his hand. “Proceeded to storm the property, armed, according to this 'to the fucking teeth' and terrified a group celebrating a 21st birthday. Would that be a fair assessment of your activities this evening?”
“Well, guv...”
“Quinn!” Lester snapped. “Good grief, give me one good reason I should bail you out?”
