A couple things...

1. Yay! I saw that pattern today too when someone posted the new AntiCraft and I had to peruse to see if your pattern was there! YAY! I really like your description about it. :)

2. FREE leftovers bin?!?!!? Seriously, do they need someone to work only one day a week or evenings? Ha Ha! ;) Nice score!

3. Very very pretty stuff you did on the drop spindle! The colour (as you would know) is SPECTACULAR! Love!

4. A SPINNING WHEEL!!?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!? And here you were wishing you had one and bam! There you go! It's so nice and compact compared to the big one Jon's Mom has... Weeeeeee! No wonder you want spinning books! :)

You know, lately I have been all about the teals, and greens... oh and jewel tones of course... very Mary colours :-)
See you around 8!

1. thanks!

2. self-striping sock yarn! Just the toe, heel, & cuff are different, solid colour yarn. So not very many ends!

3. yeah, I know ;-) I can't wait for my lesson so I can spin away!

Congrats on the wheel! And that spindle-spun yarn looks wonderful for a first skein. You're well on your way to a new addiction.
