This is the first yarn I have spun on my new wheel! I can't even believe how fast this spun up, it is about 75 - 100g of Merino wool from Ashford. I am kind of obsessed with this colour this season. Can you tell?
Thank you! I'm already knitting it up into a slouchy hat. I know, I'm not really supposed to be knitting something not on my Olympic challenge list, but how could I resist!?
Nessa, that yarn looks beautiful. I'm looking forward to seeing how it knits up. And, can I just tell you how much I love your stylish orange folding bicycle? - Ellen
Thanks Ellen! I am already knitting a slouchy hat with it. I'll post pics when it is done. Yes, I do have a bit of a crush on the bike. ooh, I have an orange crush ;-P Sorry, that was cheesy!
Hey Lady! thanks for the comment on my blog! I'm not quite done my lotus tank yet... still doing some finishing that's taking me a while because I have to pick up non-existent stitches and the yarn I'm using splits really easily! :( I'm hoping to finish it during this next week that I have off though! (horay for a week off!!)
Are you getting excited about school starting soon? It's crazy how early it starts this year
