[The joker has arrived during a time when many of the residents are possessed by ghosts. Saria is one of them, and the video transmission shows her at her very worst. On the video, a small girl with paled skin and reddened eyes can be seen shrieking manically, with vines and flowers twisting about her like snakes.]

They are calling it Jigoku, though personally, I think it's too cold for that.

It's called Jigoku, as far as I know. Someone said it translates to hell or something. The entire city is closed-in and seesm to be haunted by more than a few ghosts who can only be combatted by some red tape.
