this weekend plus today (monday) my parents wasted no opportunity to make me feel like shit about myself. There are so many things that I could do wrong that would justify their being dissapointed in me all the time but I never actually do anything wrong

Parents suck. Tell your mom I'll work there whenever she needs help and then you can sneak away while I create a distraction. Or just do what I do when family gets annoying: Fantasize about going away to college.
