I feel like I am disconnected from everyone anymore. I don't think I have any really close friends. No one knows or seems to care what is going on in my life.

You know, I've felt the same way for a while now and the whole time I've just kind of shrugged my shoulders and said whatever. I figure everyone else has more important things to worry about, you know, school, work, social lives that we're just not being let in on...I guess I just let it slide and figured that some day, once everyone isn't so worried about their own crazy lives that we'll all meet up again and start doing the things we used to do (but in a more grown-up fashion) and we'll re-strengthen the bonds that we used to have. I do care what's going on in your life! I wish you posted more in your LJ because sometimes that's the only way that we catch each other beside the occasional text message and phone tag. (Which I don't mind either

I know, and I am so busy too. I don't think anyone actually believes how much time I put into school since it is more that most people. I don't even see my good friends out here anymore. I just feel so disconnected from everyone except for Chris who is moving to California in a month. I know that it will be worth it, but its sad. I mean when I have good news I don't even think about calling you or jess or linda anymore, just because I barely see any of you it isn't on my mind.

We do need to hang out. I can't say I have much time in the next month, but every once in a while I find myself with a bit of time. Once school gets out I will have a few weeks before I leave for Tanzania.
