You thought I was gone? NOPE! Since the one in December got nothing, I decided to wait a few months and let it all build up for people again.

How's the IC atmosphere? The OOC atmosphere? Is the pacing really as fast as it looks? Are all the OOC entries (World FAQ, Rules, Reserves, so on) up to date? Are third-person entries really only allowed in the logs community?

Anything else a potential member would do well knowing?

The IC atmosphere is a little... not cliquey, but compartmentalized. There are certain groups of characters that do their own thing while others seem disconnected. It's less about mediums or castmates or OOC friendships than some characters being very good at forming lots of CR and gaining their own personal networks. OOCly, I think the game is less wanky now than it has been since it started, and it feels great. The FAQ is on the verge of being updated with new information from a worldbuild-changing plot in January, and Reserves get updated promptly. Third-person entries are only allowed in the logs community, but lots of people turn threads in the main community into quick action threads when their characters are reacting to a post in person.

And oh yes, it is definitely as fast as it looks. Lately it's been a little slower than usual, if anything. All in all it's a fantastic game and is highly recommended.

I know this game is utterly brand new, but I haven't heard anything about it at all except for the advert I caught on rp!s. Any info that you want to share? I'm especially interested in knowing the reliability of the mods.

Too early to really be able to say much (play isn't starting till Sunday), but I can tell you the mods are ridiculously fast getting back to you? I put in my app and had a response ten minutes later, same thing on my reserve.

I'm not familiar with them from anywhere else, though, so I can only comment on what I've seen them do handling pre-game stuff.

Seems like it's gotten slower/smaller since the last time I looked at it... is there still enough going on (/do players care enough) to keep a new player interested, or is it just dying?
