~Three Seconds~
In the three seconds that it takes for Takaki to laugh, three things happen to Haruma's physical and mental health. He feels butterflies in his stomach, his face grow warm, and a sudden weakness that made doing what he wanted to do at that moment a lot more probable to happen.
It didn't take him long to make a decision as he quickly leaned in and kissed him. It lasted for three seconds and in that time all of Haruma's bodily functions went from unstable to shutting down completely. He no longer felt oxygen in his lungs, blood pumping through his vessels, or thought process.
And apparently cognitive thinking left Takaki as well, for when Haruma pulled away he was dumbstruck.
"Well say something," Haruma said sheepishly.
"I-I, Y-You, W-What?" he managed to babble out after a few seconds.
Haruma laughed.
"On second thought, just be quiet," he said leaning in and kissing Takaki again, this time making sure it lasted a lot longer than three seconds.
