Fluffy is a girl. And I don't think she would mind them, not that she's ever been near one before so I don't actually know the answer to that question until she meets one and reacts.

If she's not happy you'll instantly know. She won't attack you out of hand. She'll warn you first by rearing up. If she does bite you, it will feel like a bee sting and isn't any worse than one. She's not deadly and won't have you in hospital or anything, unless you're allergic to those types of things.
