Does anyone else find it odd that our ability to make private posts to the network was disrupted, and then returned unceremoniously just a little more than a week later? I wonder if anyone would be able to shed some light on the situation.

Odd, yes, but perhaps not as strange as it seems. I did not receive any confirmation of prior troubles with the communicators when I asked, but that does not mean they did not exist.

Is there anything else you've noticed about this incident?

Nothing too scientific. I simply tested the locks, as I have been every day since it was first discovered that they weren't working.

Not the first time it's happened. Probably not the last. Honestly, I kinda think the scientists just like fucking with us.
