Writing forum?

Hey writing friends, (well, and others if you happen to have a good answer)

Do you know of any good writing forums, good for getting advice, maybe feedback, discussing the craft/business, that sort of thing?

My first thought are the NaNo forums, but I know those aren't open all year round.

Cracked Writer's Workshop. Pretty much everybody on there is a working writer or wants to be a working writer.

Yep. There are two guys who have novels up elsewhere on the web and are looking for feedback.

Plus, if you throw them one pitch a week, they'll bat it back. Who knows? You might sell something.

Also we need to guilt-trip bluesauce and skylark29 into showing up at the workshop more often, so we can have this, like, exclusive little clique.
