So, I'm deciding where I'm going to live in Australia, once I move there. I just can't deal with cold weather anymore.  It makes me stressed and unhealthy. There are some warm places in the U.S., but America is kinda tacky, and I'm not a fan of their government. Besides! Australia has koalas.

Right, so, it sounds like my landlord has politely asked my one roommate to re-locate, lest he be officially kicked-out.
