It's a miniature version of the Alaskan/Siberian Husky, borrowing genes from the Schipperke and American Eskimo for its smaller size.
It's perfect!!

I'm personally curious about crossing a Shiba inu with a Welsh Corgi (like Ein). I'm a sucker for the fox-type pointy-yet-floppable ears.

Do it! You'll be immortilized in Wikipedia for creating the world's first Shiba Corgi! But, being able to get AKC approval for your new breed is another story :P
