Ok, so far used all of this day on getting my new router/webserver/ftpserver/fileserver/basicly anything-i-need-server up and running smoothly. What took the longest time was to understand how vsftpd works, and let me tell you that wasn't pretty, but after some help from my friend Emil we finally got it to work they way both him and me wanted.
