I think I'm falling sick...When was Tokyo ever so cold?

Mother asked if I would be going home for the winter break. I don't know...I don't feel like going home right now, because they all know about Minako and are probably going to try to coddle me or something.

I'm just going to curl up under a blanket with a book.

I think I've...accepted it, I guess, though I won't ever forget Minako. And I hate how everyone looks so pityingly at me when I walk into classes.

I hope they catch the arsonist soon.

...I filed a police report, and they're going to start looking.

Their car's apparently gone, so probably they've gone of somewhere, maybe an emergency visit to a sick relative? But then again Minako would have called me...unless somehow she couldn't get hold of a phone...

I suppose I'm just being paranoid.

I hope.

...I wonder where Minako is? She hasn't been coming to lectures, and she's not picking up her phone. There didn't seem to be anyone at her home either, not even the family cat.

Minako got a silver chain for me that matches hers. I think that deserves a bouquet of flowers at the very least--if I manage to see her. She says she has a lot of stuff on this week. Well, good enough to start some light training. That was really weird. Doctor says my iron count is up again. That's a relief; was planning to take Minako out for dinner, and I don't want to wheeze after running after the bus or something. Apparently she has something for me. I wonder what it is?

It's very strange. I get tired so easily nowadays, and I get out of breath when going up the stairs. So I went to the doctor's for a blood test. Apparently I'm very anemic and have to go on iron tablets. He said any more and I would need blood transfusions. So ridiculous-- I've never been anemic before. I would have posted earlier, but it's taking ages to get Cat clean. It's like he fell into a pit of mud or something. And has various...things sticking onto him. He's not very happy about being washed, either.
